My name is Sami, and I bring over 20 years of experience in multinational corporations across Finland, Spain and Ireland, primarily in client-facing and sales leadership roles. Over the years, I have coached and mentored professionals at different stages of their careers, from early‑stage talent to senior leaders navigating complex change. I am a certified coach and also a practicing Reiki practitioner, which allows me to combine structured, goal‑oriented coaching with a holistic understanding of wellbeing, stress and energy. This blend helps my clients communicate with more clarity, confidence and authenticity—whether they are leading teams, managing stakeholders or making personal life changes.
